What if I need an item customized that I don't see listed on your website?

We are a one stop shop. If there is anything you need customized and you do not see the item listed on our site you ARE able to contact us and make that request. We will be able to assist you.
What if I am having a celebration are you able to make us a bundle with everything matching?

Yes we make matching bundles for parties. Please contact us if you are need a bundle design.
Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
Are all items made custom?

Yes. All of our items are made custom at the time of purchase.
How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
What if I see something in the products section but I want a name on it or a different color? Am I able to request it to be made for me?

Yes. All our items are custom made to order. If you see an item you would like customized or writing added to it just contact us and we will assist you further.
How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
